We’re building the new My HealtheVet experience on VA.gov so you can manage all your VA health care needs in one place—right alongside your other VA benefits and services. We’re also improving the trusted health tools you use today. And we want your feedback to help us make sure these tools serve your needs.
As part of this effort, we’ve built a new version of the My HealtheVet medical records tool on VA.gov. We encourage you to try it now.
Try the new medical records tool on VA.gov
When you visit My HealtheVet’s health records pages, you’ll find a link to try the new medical records tool on VA.gov. We may prompt you to sign in again to VA.gov.
Once you’re on the medical records page on VA.gov, you can perform all the important tasks you’re used to:
Review detailed health information. This includes your lab and test results, allergy information, vaccine information, provider notes and care summaries, vitals, and health conditions.
Customize and download a record of your health history.
Create an electronic record of your health history that can be shared with other providers.
We’ve also made some changes to make this tool easier to use:
The new mobile-first design makes it easier to find your health information—from wherever you are on any device.
The new reports let you review health information in your web browser without needing to download a document.
Improvement to downloadable PDFs make them easier to read.
Accessibility improvements make medical records easier for all Veterans to access, including those who use assistive devices like screen readers.
