Shared Vitals Transition

My HealtheVet will undergo several transitions in the coming months. A featured transition enhancement includes the Share My Health Data mobile app, which will include a web version of the My HealtheVet Shared Vitals feature.
The following is the estimated timeline for this transition:

1. Available Now:

   • Visit the Share My Health Data app on the VA Mobile App Store for download and use.

   • You can add your patient generated health data into the Share My Health Data app, which is shared with your VA care team.

   • Visit the Share My Health Data VA Mobile App Store page to download the app, access resources, and learn more.

2. Coming soon:

   • The web version of the Share My Health Data app is predicted to launch in 2025. This will give you a desktop option for manually entering your patient generated health data into the Share My Health Data app.

   • You can still view, download, and print all your existing data from My HealtheVet Shared Vitals.

3. Support During the Transition:

   Due to the upcoming retirement of the Shared Vitals feature on the existing My HealtheVet web portal (targeted June), we recommend switching to the Share My Health Data app (mobile and web) to familiarize yourself with the app’s user interface.

   • We will continue to provide detailed instructions, including articles, emails, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

   • My HealtheVet staff, My HealtheVet Coordinators, Virtual Health Care Resource Centers, and Help Desk staff will be available to assist you with the transition.

This transition aims to enhance your experience by providing a more efficient and user-friendly way of entering and tracking your patient generated health data.
